Spartacus probably invented the saying "Illegitimi non carborundum." This famous Roman slave led a gladiator school break-out and almost brought down the Roman Empire with an army of feisty slaves and goatherds. Created in an Italian costume studio, our supreme Spartacus costume features high quality production from top to toe. Spartacus wears a simple gray tunic beneath his armor. The helmet, cuirass, skirt, bracers, and shin guards are all made of imitation leather lined for wearing comfort.
The brown, imitation leather pieces of armor are decorated with raised metal rivets in antique silver. The crest of the molded helmet is a high ridge of antique silver, and the helmet has a flexible face guard.
Molded with chest muscles at the front, the cuirass is joined to the back piece by ties at the shoulders and buckles at the sides. Shoulder guards with overlapping flaps cover the tie and provide additional protection. The Spartacus Supreme gladiator skirt fastens at the sides with adjustable straps and metal buckles. Buckles are also used to strap on the shin guards with attached foot guards (not shown) and the wrist guards. If you have to be a slave, then rule supreme like Spartacus!
