In the 1950s, teens wore up to three layers of petticoats under their circle skirts – with a narrow slip underneath for wearing comfort! This white, knee-length petticoat is made in two layers: an upper layer of stiff net and a lower layer of softer net. It has an elastic waistband for wearing comfort.
