Product Description
In the early days of Carnival in Venice, the costume most people wore consisted of a black silk hood, a lace cape, a long cloak, a three-cornered hat, and a white mask that completely covered the wearer's face. The perfect outfit for roaming the streets incognito and experiencing all kinds of adventure.
Wine red on the outside and pale gold on the inside, our red Venetian Coat has a hood and and attached shoulder cape. The cape and the lining are both made of shiny satin, and the shoulder cape has decorative black tassels at the ends. A golden button fastens the cape at the throat. Length from shoulder seam to hem: approx. 146 cm.
PLEASE NOTE: The colors differ slightly from the photo. Our Venetian Coat is cool red with a pale gold lining and has black tassels.
