In the tradition of the armorers and gunsmiths of the past, these replicas have been painstakingly handcrafted with much attention to detail and have the same weight, dimensions and materials as their prototypes.

With around 100 million units, the AK47 is the most frequently built firearm in the world. AK stands for "Avtomat Kalaschnikowa," and 47 is the year the first series was produced. The AK47 was standard issue for all Soviet and Warsaw Pact countries (with the exception of the Czech Republic) starting in 1949. We feature the S-version of the Kalashnikov, which includes a retractable shoulder support for parachute, tank and rocket troops. Made of metal and wood, this replica weighs approx. 3.4 kg and is 87.5 cm long when fully extended. The selector level, trigger and safety mechanism all move and the magazine can be changed.
