Using them is foolproof:

• Cut out the wound and remove from transfer paper
• Flip it over and press it back into the transfer paper
• Peel off the plastic sheet on the back
• Press the back for at least 30 seconds firmly into your skin
• Moisten the transfer paper completely with a sponge
• Carefully peel off the paper – voilà!
