Christien Tinsley is one of the most renowned make-up artists in Hollywood. His credentials are more than impressive: he created the special effects for various characters in "American Horror Story", designed the zombies in "I am Legend" (2007) and was the personal make-up artist for lead actor Jim Caviezel in "The Passion of the Christ" (2004). In 2008, Christien Tinsley received an Academy Award for Technical Achievement for inventing the revolutionary process for applying 2D and 3D make-up, which is also used in our Tinsley 3D FX Transfers Smiley!

Application is child's play:

Cut out the wound and detach it from the transfer paper
Turn the special effect and press it back onto the transfer paper
Pull off the plastic foil on the back of the wound
Press the back firmly onto the skin for at least 30 seconds
Moisten the transfer paper completely with a sponge
Pull off the paper carefully - done!
