This thickly padded Black Gambeson with Buckles is made of heavyweight, 100 percent cotton. Four leather buckles keep the collarless gambeson fastened securely. For maximum freedom of movement, it has slits in the front and back and at the sides below the hips. Our Black Gambeson is ideal for all mounted warriors who require extra protection and padding! PLEASE NOTE: Our gambeson is slightly different from the one shown. The leather straps are light brown and the piece is quilted in vertical stripes.
