Product Description

The Templar Order ("Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem") emerged following the First Crusade as one of the first religious knightly orders. The distinctive red cross pattée became the Templars' symbol shortly before the Second Crusade.

The Templar surcoat is made of durable, pure cotton and features slits at the front and back below the hips. This design enhances comfort and freedom of movement, especially when riding. The surcoat is also visually complemented by a braided wool belt.

Practical: The Templar surcoat can be worn over armor or chainmail!
