This Chancellor is ready for a public appearance in shimmering, royal blue breeches that tie directly below the knees. The matte, dark blue coat creates an exciting contrast to the shiny, generous royal blue cuffs, and gold braid and buttons pull the look together. The style and color of the lacy jabot, which you can easily fasten around your neck, is repeated in the white lace cuffs that spill out from under the cuffs.
