Product Description
Normally, people run away from ghosts as fast as they can, but when you appear in this Ghost Bride costume they will come closer to admire you. The ghostly pale Victorian-style dress with shapely princess seams was once fit for a bride. The top part, which has 3/4 sleeves ending in a cloud of tattered ghostly gray lace, is made of silvery crushed velvet. A layer of lace also covers the front panel. The high stand-up collar with a lace jabot and the modest neckline insert are in shiny gray satin edged with matching lace. The underskirt is made of silvery crushed velvet and the festooned overskirt is in matching satin. Although there is a large gray satin bow at the back and two smaller ones, this skirt has seen a lot of wear and tear. Even the long, lace ruffle at the hem is hanging in shreds. Our Ghost Bride wears a white net petticoat to add volume to her skirt and her silvery gray wig has kept its curl throughout the centuries. Add a large hat with a shredded lace veil and wrist-length gloves in pale gray, and you will be the best-dressed ghost bride who ever haunted a house.
