Product Description
The name Nefertiti means something like "the beauty has come," and this poetic phrase describes our Nefertiti costume perfectly. Nefertiti was queen when all of Egypt worshiped one god: Aten, the disk of the sun. This royal outfit in shiny white satin and gold radiates like the sun. The long, white satin dress with a zipper at the back has a simple scoop neckline and shapely princess seams. The slit hem is trimmed in wide gold braid, and festoons of golden satin fall from the waist. Paired with the golden vinyl belt with rows of colorful sequins, the satin creates the look of a typical Egyptian girdle sash but won't slip or come undone. Nefertiti slips her arms through elastic bands covered with glittering golden sequins to put on the separate stole in matching golden satin. When she spreads out her arms, it looks like the sun is coming up. A golden headdress made of crocheted elastic and lots of golden beads, and a colorful neck collar made of golden, turquoise and coral sequins complete this royal look.
