In the early days, California was even wilder than the Wild West. Most Spanish colonial officials were only out to make their fortunes, and didn't care who suffered or died along the way. And then came... Zorro. Mysterious, skilled at swordplay, and as sly and cunning as a fox. Zorro dresses in black and wears a mask. Our original Zorro Lady costume picks up this theme and addes touches of feminine adventure to it, starting with the off-the-shoulder, crushed satin peasant blouse with lace-trimmed sleeves and elasticized V-neckline. The black gaucho pants lace up the sides with golden ties and heavy, metal double-riveted eyelets. They are elasticized at the bottom for a perfect fit and have a comfortable, elasticized waistband – covered by an imitation black leather waist cincher with decorative lacing at the front and practical, adjustable lacing at the back. The long black cape fastens with a hook and loop strip at the front, but also features a decorative golden chain with the mark of Zorro at both ends. A comfortable black eye mask, soft imitation leather boot tops, and a gaucho hat with golden decoration complete the enigmatic look. Just who is this Zorro Lady? Everyone at the party will want to find out.
