The side seam of our double layer petticoat is approx. 35 cm long.
A petticoat is an undergarment worn under a skirt or dress. It hangs downward from the waist and is worn either to provide warmth or to give the dress or skirt a particular shape. In the 1950s, teens wore up to three layers of petticoats under their circle skirts – with a narrow slip underneath for wearing comfort!
