Unforgiving black on black damask fabric has been shaped into the perfect mini skirt for a black dragon. The black stretch waistband is comfortable, but there is an extra hook and loop strip at the back for easy access. The approx. 32 cm long skirt has pleated side panels with lacing: black ribbon threads through large silver hooks to fit your needs.
