Product Description

Drow and other types of dark elf are known for their unusual armor – if you're better at spells than you are at fighting, you don't need to be practical. Take heart – our black Drow scale cuirass made of 3-4 mm thick leather, is as practical as it is unusual. The cuirass itself is made of scores of flaming tongue-shaped leather plates (approx. 6x5.5 cm (lxw)) riveted together to form the front and back pieces. Two long straps and metal buckles in antique brass finish connect the front and back at both sides. The shoulder straps lace together at the back.

The articulated pauldrons are made of four pieces of shaped leather riveted together for maximum freedom of movement. The top piece is a dagged wing that stands upright for neck protection and the bottom ends in a point. The top laces to the cuirass shoulder straps, and the bottom plate has a long strap with a buckle to hold the pauldron firmly against your upper arm. This LARP armor provides texture and excitement for all dark roles.
