Our Merlin kids costume was made to mirror this combination of antique knowledge and mysterious powers. It is a patchwork of different fabrics that make a very mystical impression. The long robe in violet crushed velvet has a panel of purple velvet with a noble golden print at the middle edged with heavy dagges of golden crushed velvet. It fastens with a hook and loop strip at the back. The golden cuffs at the sleeve ends are cut with a wide flare. They are roomy enough to help magic spells achieve their aims. The matching hat with a hook at the top is backed with foam so it holds its shape and is comfortable to wear. Abra cadabra!
