Maxi dresses were the hit of the 1970s, and this little girl is wearing a brushed knit maxi dress in psychedelic colors. The floor-length purple dress with a zipper at the back has a pinafore with a dayglo flower power pattern and an exaggerated handkerchief hem. Hot pink fake fur inserts at the bodice and the cuffs take the POW! effect to the next level. The reen and yellow felt flowers on orange & yellow ribbons attached to the waist add a graceful note. The soft top hat in matching purple with a wide brim in matching flower power keeps too much sunshine from getting in!
