Product Description
Circus clowns make people laugh, and this one is dressed for the job. He has on a suit made of shiny, blue & white striped fabric. The trousers have a comfortable elasticized waistline and are pleated to billow out at the bottom. The top has a shirt front in matching blue & white stripes sewn into a tailcoat of velvety red with two large black buttons and black and a white bow tie with red polka dots. The top fastens with a hook and loop strip at the nape of the neck. The top hat is made of stiff black fabric and has a red band. Let the show begin!
