Our foam weapon comprises a fiberglass rod surrounded by soft foam padding. It is sealed with latex and a coat of varnish, and painted to look very realistic. The tip of this foam weapon has extra reinforcement to prevent the rod from breaking through. The grip is wrapped with leather for comfort and so you can hold it more tightly.
