Product Description
After the beginning of the Second World War in 1941, many Soviet sailors and naval guns were detached to reinforce the Red Army. The reassigned naval forces were involved in every major action on the Eastern Front. The sailors wore bonnet-like cloth hats with simple ribbon cockades, stiff headbands and the famous five-pointed red star with a hammer and sickle at the center and a wreath of stylized wheat.
