Authentic trousers in top quality, light blue wool trousers worn by infantry soldiers in the Yankee army during the American Civil War. Comfortable reproduction and versatile, flattering piece of clothing!

These woolen trousers in sky blue are a reproduction of the authentic uniform trousers worn by Yankee soldiers during the American Civil War. To be more precise: these trousers would have been standard issue for the infantry of the Union Army.

In accurate mid-19th century style, our Yankee Infantry Soldier Trousers have a high waistline and wide legs. The crotch area is reinforced. When stuffed into high boots, the look has an impressive silhouette. There is a small pocket at the front right of the waistband, which is lined for wearing comfort. The fall front with buttons makes it easy to put these trousers on. There are also buttons for suspenders at the front and buttons at the back to adjust the waistband length.

This high quality piece is perfect for reenactment or LARP. You can combine it with a number of historical costumes.
